Hudson Headwaters Health Network (HHHN) is a not-for-profit system of community health centers providing care to the residents and visitors over 7,200 square miles of the beautiful Adirondack/Lake George/Glens Falls region of upstate New York. For over forty-five years, our physicians not only care for patients in health centers but are also the doctor for each of the school districts, summer camps, assisted living, long-term care facilities, and the health officer for local towns.
