Hudson Headwaters Health Network is a not-for-profit system of community health centers providing care to the residents and visitors of a region more than twice the size of Rhode Island, 3,700 square miles of the beautiful Adirondack/Lake George/Glens Falls area of upstate New York. For over twenty five years, our physicians have not only cared for patients in health center offices and the hospital but have also been the doctor for each of the school districts, summer camps, assisted living and long-term care facilities, and the health officer for the local towns.
