Why Join ANYSPR?
ANYSPR’s continued work with HANYS, COGME, medical societies and the Department of Health fosters commitment to our goal of being recognized as THE SOURCE for all things related to physician recruiting in New York State. ANYSPR provides advocacy for upstate healthcare organizations, encouraging state funding for recruitment incentives. We need you to help us speak with one clear voice for physician recruiters.
Special Cost Savings
ANYSPR has realized cost-savings for its individual members by using “group purchasing” models. We have shared costs of physician job fairs, internet job postings.
Residency Program Outreach
ANYSPR offers educational programs and meet and greets to Residents and Fellows at many upstate New York training programs. ANYSPR’s access to these programs allows our membership one-on-one contract with candidates in training.
Continuing Education and Mentoring
Upcoming events include: monthly webinar opportunities through AAPPR and an Spring and Fall Membership Meeting that features presentation and discussions regarding topics affecting in-house recruiters.
Connection to Peers
Involvement in ANYSPR provides opportunities to connect with colleagues through work on committees and regional Membership Meetings held Upstate in both the spring and fall.

ANYSPR regularly participates in job fairs across New York State.

ANYSPR has secured exclusive agreements with vendors for members-only. Exclusive agreements with vendors include: PracticeMatch, HEALTHeCAREERS and PracticeAlert.
